Feedly B2B transformation
From feature velocity to a unified, scalable product
Case Study
Problem
A growing set of features, concepts, and navigation principles increased demo time and slowed user autonomy—creating friction for enterprise buyers evaluating a complex B2B product.
Context
Feedly began as a consumer news reader with 25M+ users. In 2019, it pivoted to cybersecurity and B2B. Clarity was hired for a product fragmented by rapid feature accumulation.
Solution
Refactored core concepts, navigation, and components into a cohesive system—shifting Feedly from a feature-rich reader to an AI-driven threat intelligence platform built for advanced workflows.
Result
Onboarding time dropped from 8 weeks to 2 weeks, enabling faster demos, earlier user autonomy, and a full product and brand refresh—without losing Feedly’s existing recognition.
Role
Led multiple core initiatives end-to-end, from research to launch; set design direction; managed 3 Senior Product Designers and partnered with engineers to maintain coherence as complexity increased.
